Provide support to advise for looked after children
Provide support to advise to schools with families in crisis
Manage low level to high profile disruptive behaviour
Improve methods of recording to provision of evidence
Improve communication within the school to between agencies
Practical examples of de-escalation techniques
Improve communication with parents
